i got the same problem with mine too i can get online fine but it seems to have problems trying to get a hold of the master server.

not for much but the list is all good but how come some of them keep listing the same game's with different results as the other game even though there the same like the castlevania syphony of the nig ...

i don't think it's possible to play a created player on the franchise mode,other than custom season mode at least that's how i remember.
