Digging around for some information on PBA I came by this article that confirms PC and DC PBA are indeed running on the same server. This is no doubt why the PBA server is up and running. Id never seen this confirmed here before, sorry if it was. Heres the link.

I guess thats why the server is still up for DC. The PC version was released right? Since they run together (PC-DC) and play in the same rooms, it would be logical to assume thats the reason PBA works online.

everytime ive went on there it was empty, so only way ya can get a game online really is to post a time on the schedule. even posting on the schedule sometimes result in no one to show up, it is best to post a time like a week before hand.

One thing to remember is looking at the release date that servers been up 4 years and its not like bowling is the most popular online game in the world. I actualy like the game Im getting the hang of it now Smile You can see in another post me and Segadreamcaster had some problems last night getting a game to start but I see there are replies on that topic now so maybe its been solved for us. There is also a game on the schedual if anyones interested.

Well there is a first for everything. No gold stars for me before just a little note in the margin from the teacher that said "see me" Sad lol. Cheers.

I had a look too for PBA 2001 for PC just out of interest, it seems to be a fairly rare pc title on ebay anyway. I just wanna get my hands on a manual.

Would it be possible to set up a server from the PC version? If so, it could be proven online forever.

At least then it could be tested that PC and DC can play each other for sure Smile .

As discussed in another topic PBA cant have a server hosted on PC as it is client based so there is no dedicated server area.
