recently went online but my copy of phantasy star online version 1 was already registered to my old dreamcast which I replaced as it didnt work .
does anyone know if sega europe resets codes as I send them an email yesterday and i am still waiting for a response  |

| give sega europe in london a call they wont reset them as they are no longer able to but they will send you new codes if you give them your address. | ||||

| sega europe in the uk are so awesomely helpful i rang them explaining i had replaced my dc and they apologised for not being able to reset my codes and sent me 2 new sets one for each version of the game, they are excellent with their customers and will help you if they can, i will try and find the number i called for you but just ring yellow pages and ask for sega europe, they'll give you a choice of london or a few other branches but i went for london, mentioned pso on dc and they knew imediately what i was on about "i've got 2 new codes here, give me your address and i'll post them to you tomorrow sir" i love em!!!! | ||||

It really would be helpfull if you could find me your code that you aint using

Today I got a response from sega europe and they are really like really nice and helpfull
Got my new codes and cant wait to star playng online I am sorry for the missunderstanding ultra I thought u said unused , anyway thanks for everyone for your help |

| s'ok mate, i never said unused tho i said i told them i had replaced my dc and needed new codes. anyway im glad you got new codes, welcome to pso dc online!!! it still kicks ass if you can arrange agame with peeps. i should be free this weekend for some pso (except tomorrow will be mostly spent installing my new pc, i is finally moving up!!) | ||||
