I believe if you have a BBA you automatically have the maps unlocked.I think you have to input some kind of isp code to unlock them if you have dial-up.

To unlock the seganet maps, you have to:

Go to Network Mode

then Account 2, and fill in

Login: admin@sega.net
Password: tenages

connect/save settings

then go to Practice Mode

Put in something for the Area Code, and leave the phone number blank. See if that works.

Also...did you beat the game yet? ( I think you have to beat the game first, and then do it )

I had the same problem with my dreamcast a little while back.I cleaned the laser and that was the end of my problems. It was weird thought because UT was the only game that had problems.

Yah my dreamcast had been deceased or in a coma for about a year. I had went to gamestop and bought another pre-owned dreamcast before they stopped selling them. I got it shrink wrapped for 20 dollars and one controller. At this time I had 2 working dreamcast's and one down. One day i just decided to to give it a try and clean everything from the inside/out. I carefully put it back together and to my surprise it has been running like new for 4 months now.
