The funny thing is that I discussed this a few days ago a bit in the GC site because of a thread about Sonic Gems. |

Yea, thats what got me thinking how I never got around to trying that iteration of it and I couldn't help but to see the differences. A couple things that stood out to me were this: how the game was still hard, but more fairly so as I played it on very hard, how the story appeared more meaty ( I only wish I could understand what was being said the whole time), that cool ass intro with Axel punching the screen, and many other things but lastly, I thought it was odd how alotta the "cutscenes" I guess had their ambient sound effects removed. All in all, I had a blast and I probably made it 3/4 of the way to stage 6 with my nephew and I didn't even use the 9 live cheat I'm sooooo accostomed to have to use. |
