Topic: has anyone used a Magicjack to play DC games online?

i was wondering if this thing could work to sign online with the dreamcast. it is a phone service that works through your BB connection. you plug the Magicjack into your computers USB port. its a lot like Vonage but cheaper. it cost $39.99 for the jack. it comes with one year of unlimited local and long distance calling in the United States and Canada. after the first year its $19.99 for another year of service.

Services like this do not work exactly like a telephone line. The way the data is transferred is structured differently. I had heard people trying to get it to work with Vonage before, and it didn't work. | |||

Its been know to get this kind of thing working badly with Saturn netlink but not at all with Dreamcast.
