No I don't freeze mine goes perfectly fine. I installed the sega swirl version on my computer and challenged myself and when it was my turn for the dreamcast I click the check move and it worked find and let me make my move. My Sega Swirl is on the web browser disk! I don't know if that makes a difference or not!

if you have a web browser disk, I use PlanetWeb Web Browser 2.0, it has the Sega Swirl on it and that may let you get past it! I don't know if you have that disk or not but if you do you really need to try it out and see if it work that way!
