Assuming they have everything set up correctly, yes, PC / DC server users can access any POP3 / SMTP server(s).

Probably because setting up the current PC / DC server setup is a whole other problem unto itself. I have run it through a PC / DC server, so I can confirm that it can be done.

So, enlighten me guys, please. If I want to set up an SMTP/POP3 server for Dreamcast use, what should I take in account?
I'm from Portugal and I never had an ISP that blocks e-mail server access, thats pretty messed up.
