I had to move my set up around so i havent had much time to look into this much further. I have a LinkSys AC router. I hope to this week.

1 way to troubleshoot this is to setup Internet Connection Sharing in Windows and route your Dreamcast through the PC. We know the primary PC operating system can connect to routers just fine, and we also know the Dreamcast can connect to windows via ICS without problems. So running this setup might alleviate compatibility problems between the Dreamcast and the Router. Also, it will let you perform diagnostics on the PC to verify if there are problems.
