Its a Sega Dreamcast Powered Aquarium that was used to replace real aquariums . It uses a modified Sega Dreamcast Set top Box (SFl-200P1) matched with a LCD Touch Screen and a GD-ROm Disk that only worked on this device itself. These were really rare and were installed in a few Internet Cafes back in the day.

Wow. This is awesome! I have pictures of this unit somewhere in my E3/TGS photo archives.
EDIT: Ah ha! and I found them These are photos of the device being shown at the Spring TGS show in April of 2000: "Of the era" historical records |
