I live in the United States and have a Dreamcast NTSC-U console. I don't have a microphone, or Planet Ring in fact... Yet, I still want to play it. Could I use an emulator?

P.S. I don't want to use the Microphone.

You can't use an emulator to connect. You will need a Dreamcast with a dialup modem, and a copy of Planet Ring.
