i use them both as an alternative to the DC-X(i dont have it) for playing my import games in 60hz .the problem is that ,every time i put the ntsc game i get a HUGE black border in the upper side of the tv screen and i see the half screen.what is the problem here , i need your help.

What region Dreamcast are you using? Are you using a PAL TV or the NTSC kind of TV? Is this on all NTSC games or just one specific game?
I have a feeling someone here can probably help you, but they may need more information. |

| PAL TV's have more vertical resolution. Thats most likely the problem. | ||||
