Yeah Monaco GP online was released or at least it was in Europe, but I can't see any sign of it on the American release list......it was one of the last games released in Europe in March 2002 (or at least thats the release date on the official games list).....I am pretty sure it would be offline, but if it wasn't released in America, its always possible it has escaped investigation....but I doubt it

Cheers, Craig

Hmmmm....well I just had a quick look at the release list for Europe and it lists two games:

Monaco GP online - Published by: Swing - Released: March 2002

Monaco GP Racing Simulation 2 - Published by: UBI soft - Released October 1999

Now I have just looked on ebay and the second one "Monaco GP Racing Simulation 2" is on there but it says "online" on the front of the game?

So were they both online or what?

Starting to get a little confused now...lol

OK here is the deal. I still havn't been able to sort this one out yet. The game has like 3 or 4 different names.

F1 World Grand Prix
Monaco Online
Monaco GP Online
Monaco GP 2

In the end if it's not on the list its probobly in the graveyard. Any game that is actually 'still' online. We know about. Ever since this website has started there have never been any suprises. Like "oh this game is online and we didn't know all this time". So any game not featured yet in the list is a graveyard game.

I will add this to the graveyard soon.

As far as I've been able to sort out, there are 2 F1 Series games - Monaco Gran Prix by Ubisoft, and F1 World Gran Prix, by Video Systems. This is first I have heard of Monaco Gran Prix online. Up until now I only knew of:

Monaco Gran Prix - Ubisoft - released widely
Monaco Gran Prix 2 - Ubisoft - released in Europe and Japan
F1 World Gran Prix - Video Systems - release widely
F1 World Gran Prix 2 - Video Systems - released in Europe and maybe Japan.

I have the first Monaco Gran Prix and also both F1 World Gran Prix Games, and I've been trying to see if Monaco Gran Prix 2 was truly an update or just Monaco Gran Prix re-titled for sale abroad. Now, I see there's also Monaco Gran Prix Online out there too. Interesting.

Must...resist...squirrel....mode...

Aargh!!!
