Looking to get one of this using cash.. just wondering how much I should pay (the average price).
The dude is offering me the console, hookups and a black controller that came with it.

Thanks. Cool

I paid $50 for mine (through a classified ad). That said, if you really want one, paying a little more than that wouldn't be unreasonable (especially if it's in good shape and has a black controller with it that is also in good shape).

Hmm 50 bucks. Seems a lot. What about Marvel Vs Capcom 2 [complete, used].

I thought about buying one when they were new, but that big sega sports logo on the lid kept me away. Other than that, I think they look really nice.

Alright, clear the lane for the expert...lol

I bought mine for 20$ and it came with a matching controller and all hookups. If your buying everything in the picture, it shouldn't cost you more then 30$. If the console has it's original box n sht, it should cost ya around 40$.

I have 4 matching controllers(check gallery) to go along with the console in which each controllers was purchased for 8$ each. If your thinking about buying matching controllers, expect to pay 8-12$ bucks each.

An interesting question...

Were there any black vmu's? I've never seen one, but I'd love to have one.

Yes, there were. I've never seen a solid black one, but there were translucent black ones.

Yeah, there were clear black ones...(check gallery...lol)

Maybe you guys can help me out on this one, was there a matching VMU made for this controller?:

I was considering picking this up but if it has no VMU, I don't want it.

Well I didnt mean clear black ones. I meant solid black ones to match the sega sports bundle. Its too bad they didnt make any like that.

It's not the same but you can always spray paint it black.
