I guess this splits the NTSC Pal regions. Pal you have to pay either by the min or for a monthly deal. Only exception I know of to this is NTL who offer free dial up to thier cable customers, unfortunatly not avalible in all areas of the UK ... like mine  . So I pay, monthly.

I used to rely on free providers , Then when I purchased PSO ver 2 (US) I decided if I was going to pay to play a game online then I should have a ISP I can depend on/ or contact when things didn't act right, I say this because I've been through many fly by month operations and I didnt want to purchase a Hunters Licensce and end up with no way to connect online.
BTW I pay $11.99 for unlimited access (as long as the phone is free  ) |
