Help. I just got my PAL PSOv2, input the access/serial codes, and tried to get online with it, and it wouldn't sign on! it kept saying that it couldn't connect and to make sure my phone line was plugged in, but there's nothing wrong with that because I tried getting online with Quake 3 to make sure it was hooked up right and Quake 3 worked fine online. what am I supposed to do to get online with PAL PSOv2 on a US Dreamcast?

I'm not sure about this but I remember being able to set up 2 ISP's for Dreamcast. Go check Quake and set both ISP's. I think PSO doesn't use the same ISP settings as Quake does.

Yeah since you buyed the pal version , you need to save your
isp settings into the first isp save thingy american games use
the second one

You can do that with the psd browser .....not sure
about the second release , but it work fine with psd v.1
Use the includet xdp xxx something something : P

or use dk3

its true you has do it with XDP, but you got PSO v.2... it should have came with Dreameye 3.0. If it did, just set up your ISP with that, it'll set up your ISP in the secodn ISP spot and you should be set.

it didn't come with Dreamkey. I tried it with Quake III Arena with both ISPs and planetweb and it works on everything except for PAL PSOv2.

If you have Dreampassport (on most Japanese games) XDP, psilocybin Dreams, you can still do it.

i remember getting very frustrated on quake
with the same message, strangely it would only happen every now and again but last all night, probs different with pso but maybe just try again in 5-10 hours. worst thing was a few times i was meant to meet people there and it happened "line busy dah dah dah" and i tryed, tryed n tryed again. eventually i got into the q3 server list (wen PAL was up) found who i was meetin, joined the server, played for about a minute an it lagged me out Sad i tryed to reconnect and guess what it said! Sad ..

I signed up yesterday and haven't heard anything from them yet. does it have to be on a weekday?
I told them that I had just got a PAL PSOv2 and it wouldn't connect because it said the codes had already been registered. do you think that would work or I would need a better excuse?

Yes, it has to be on a weekday. You'll have to wait until monday to recieve a response most likely.
You bought this PSO used didnt you. I dont know if this was a case where honesty would be the best policy. They may not send you a new code.

Awsome that you got it working. I always love it when people get their problems fixed and are able to get online. brings a tear to my eye.
