Ordered a dreamkey 3.0.
Which version of PSO is the better/most popular ? V1 or V2? And is it playable on the standard 56k modem? Sorry if these questions seem stupid to any old timers, i've never played PSO and only recently got a DC. |

people from v1 can play wiv people from v2 so it doesnt realy matter which u get but version 2 has more content and its playable on a 33k modem (the kind you get wiv pal dc's dont kno y) so it shud be fine on a 56k modem | |||

Yeah version 2 has more features including the "Ultimate" level, but the most important thing about v2 is that most online PSO players are using V2 and therfore usually create V2 games which V1 players cannot join. Im not saying V1 players cant play version 2 players because they can, but when make a game with V2 you have the option to create an original or V2 game, and most people make V2 games these days, leaving any V1 players with less options

ne idea where I could find version 2 pal? i've found thousands of them us version on ebay, but came up empty when I searched for pal...  |

i play PSO,
on a PAL 33K modem. i have only had lag twice! ONLY TWICE, that was wen i was in ruins, we were surrounded with enamies, people were diein, people were revivein, and wen it laggs, it doesent all stop like Q3A and most games, it just plays in slow motion, like matrix, lol! Adam. |
