i have been trying to get a BBA and web browser 3.0 off ebay for a long time. anyone know if you can use youtube or listen to songs off myspace with the 3.0 browser? i though i read somewhere that it had flash support, just not sure if it would be adequate for those. although using ebay is a major plus.

I have not personally tested it, but the version of Flash on 3.0 is likely to be too outdated for any current use (YouTube, Myspace, etc.). Don't know about eBay though.

i figured as much, just wanted to double check before i went out and got all that expecting to check out the lasted youtube vid. still tho even on dialup, using your dreamcast to surf around the net is pretty damn cool, youtube or not.

I've used my Dreamcast on the internet using dial-up it runs pretty well and can be handy for a backup if my pc goes down etc. I haven't used it in a while but i've recently got Maximum pool so i'm going to download a file for online play to my VMU. Overall i nice feature and for a 33k dial-up pretty fast connection Very Happy

I still browse using it when I'm bored enough. I don't use that many modern websites, so the outdated flash is no real loss to me.

Using the XDP browser to get online viz BBA. Even if you cant look at newer websites due to flash, I honestly have fun just random surfing and seeing what can still work through a dreamcast. Never know what to expect Cool
