OK I thought we were getting earthlink but we never did.(long story)So I was desprate for online fps action.So I went over to lyingwakes website got a people pc free isp and tried to go online I had 3 numbers,1st number didn't work.Second number didn't work.By the third number I was think nope it isn't gonna work. CONNECTED and the DC logo on quake 3 lite up I was like WTF YES!!!! So as the title says I'm online.BUT I just tried to connect to the master server and couldn't connect.I tried the direct ip numbers and none of them worked.Is it just a bad time I tried to connect?

This sounds like a problem a lot of people run into...you get directed to the main site and nothing else, its basicaly a useless ISP.

Oh really? dang ya I tried to use my planetweb browser and it wouldn't let me go on any other site besides people pc.

i think its the same for alot of isp's that was free the only free one that i still knows that works for dreamcast is juno and netzero but u have to use a grid code like to change the user name and password to a code like but it will only work for so long before they dissconect u cause of not running the ad bar

Surprised but ISP's dial up is very cheap now adays , like ten bux or so ? or not many are compatible with DC? i dunno im a idiot on this

the only dialup isp that are compatable with dc are the ones that use PPP = point to point protocol
