Do you mean Spine Card?
its mainly just a way for sellers (on ebay) to let the buyer know that the game is in mint condition (having everything it came with) It mostly in Japan where they include cards they usually go over the side of the to give more info of the (atleast thats what I think , I can't read spine cards) and maybe some art. |
