| im not sure if your familiar with the magazine "RETRO GAMER" . I am not that bigger retro fan (im only 14) but everynow and then i will pick up a copy. I've just been down the newsagents to pick up kerrang and retro gamer caught my eye. Flicking through i found a Full page review of radirgy, i was glad they gave it justice with a well deserved 80%. next time ive got a spare fiver i'll buy it and get some scans up. lozz. | ||||

i guess the style of gaming is considerd 'retro' now (i much prefer oldschool, sounds cooler heh heh), but its nice to see it getting reviewed (i would have thought edge would have lept on the chance to review it seeing as it is a later dc game) | |||

| yeh i know! i am suprised that magazines like edge and games-tm will do like a 5 page spread on some guys dreamcast collection, and then dont even have ANYTHING about new dreamcast releases. It annoys me that Games-tm (the magazine which apparently covers all consoles!) misses of the dreamcast on their "upcoming games list", i asked them about it and they said "it would be insignificant to their readers". | ||||

I have never liked the term retro. I don't feel that a game like Radirgy is considered retro. This is a stereotypical term used by the average joe. The difference between planar and 3D perspectives is like doing artwork with pastels versus paint. They are different mediums, and one does not make the other obsolete or inferior.
As for the review, I am curious about what is said in the review. It's 80% score means nothing if the material in the review is all wrong. I look forward to seeing scans if and when you can up them. I think it is cool to see Dreamcast games covered in magazines at at sites, but the stuff written in this coverage isn't always as pleasing one would hope. |

its just the name of the magazine  I just thought it was good news the dreamcast is still getting publicity. btw it had a large Play-asia advert below the review aswell! first time i've seen play-asia advertise over here in the UK. |

Yeah I picked up the mag today, 80% rating not bad.
Also in this months Edge mag they review Under Defeat, they give it 6/10 Long Live the DC!! |
