I thought it was San Francisco rush 2049 too, although I couldnt remember if you could do backflips while in a race as that defeintly wasn't the stunt arena.

Yeah, that's San Francisco Rush 2049, I loved that game.
Oh, and yes, you had wings in race mode as well as stunt arena, so you could backflip in races. |
