You guys might wanna check out this post at dcemu. Looks like MOSS, the company behind Raiden IV for the Taito TypeX arcade system wants to know about how many people would be interested in seeing their game ported to different options, and Dreamcast is one of those options. You can read some instructions about how to fill the poll in the link above.

I tried to fill in as many fields as I could. In this case, I trusted the review at http://insomnia.ac/japan/raiden_iv/ and tried that my answers in the poll said basically the same when possible.

Personally, I don't see it happenning, since this isn't a straight DC-with-lots-of-memory (Naomi) to DC port, but rather a PC-based system to DC port, which makes the port more difficult and expensive. Anyway the poll will only take 5 or 10 minutes.

I filled out this form. I recommend everyone else do so as well. It is easy to immediatly shrug this off if you see it on another Dreamcast website. However this is an actual MOSS opinion form, and the Dreamcast is listed as a possible platform. Be sure to check the Dreamcast checkbox, and also leave comments by selecting the "other" option as well.

Use a translator such as google/babelfish to translate the page. However it would be best to have 2 windows open. One for the real version and one for the translation, and only use the translation as a reference. Fill in the real untranslated form to ensure the data goes through.

Seriously, fill this form out people. It may not result in anything, but it is a way to get the message accross directly to the company without having to resort to cliche petition tactics which get ignored.

Remember to check the option that says "waiting for a home release," and it might be a good idea to say that you don't go to the arcades / gaming centers often so they may see porting it to a home console as a smart move business wise.

If you need some live action to help you for the review portion of the survey, watch this video. The ship flies through the smoke coming from a smoke stack and the smoke breaks up.

If this was to come out on Dreamcast would it be an offical GD-ROM release? What is the current GD-ROM production situation?
