For compatability and the BBA go for planetweb 3.0, but for reliability go for planetweb 2.6

The XDP browser is based on planetweb 2.6 and the Dreampassport (JP browsers) and is also pretty good Smile

Dreamkey 3.0 is also worth a mention, probably roughly on par with planetweb 2.6

Hey,

You do not need a modchip, the Dreamcast is capable of playing CDr's without modification

check out this link:

Not sure where you can go for a direct download now, but I am sure it can be found as a torrent

XDP! It has 3 different browsers to chose from. Original, Expanded, and the 3.0. They are trying to make a more updated one right now.

Hello,

my first post here. And the question of mogascreeta remains: where can one download that XDP-browser? Can't find any torrent for it on the net and the official side doesn't seem to be updated since at least one year. Can anyone help? Thanks a lot!

Great! Thanks a lot! But why do I have to use Alcohol 120%? Can't I use any other ISO-burning software like Nero or something like that? Are there some special gimmicks only Alcohol supports?

Maybe because the image file is supported only on Alcohol 120%?

I tried to burn a copy of this with Alcohol 120%... just loads and loads and goes no where. (I have used Alcohol many times before). Is there a particular burn setting that is needed?

Oh well, maybe find another copy elsewhere. Thanks for making it available though.

Thanks for putting up the link, nintendo_DS. It seems that I am having some problems with the resulting disc though. Sometimes my Dreamcast can read it fine and other times it comes up as an audio CD. It is cool that it includes modified versions of Planetweb and Dream Passport. The only browser that I had was Planetweb 1.0; I used to have a demo disc or something with 2.0 on it but I don't know what happened to it. I don't know if I will have a use for this yet but it is definitely nice to have; I am currently trying to set up a PC-DC server but I am not sure if I will be successful. Thanks again.
