I tried with Utopia but I only get a black screen  |

You tried the CDX Demo? I find it more successful than utopia.
Saying that, i only use it to boot original PAL games on my NTSC DC. Is it an original copy or a back-up? |

maybe its one of those games that only works on one type of cable (scart, rf, vga) | |||

What were you trying to boot? The Japanese release of Dynamite Deka 2, on a PAL console? | |||

Dynamite Deka 2 is one of the few games that doesnt boot with the DCX bootdisc. But I can confirm that it DOES work with the CDX! | |||
