It went great! for the first hour or so. Then Excalibur007 joined and his work connection was really slow, and it lagged the game out. First time that ever happened before :[ And we kinda all got scattered and couldn't find each other again. We got a good 1 hr and 30 mins of gametime in. Full game the entire time :D

I think the way it works is once the host leaves, the game doesn't show up on the list of games in the lobby. Once the host leaves the game becomes invisible and no new players can join.

Great game all.

Sorry I wasn't there on Saturday. I was already preoccupied with another project and I couldn't stop working on it until it was finished. I hope you think it was worth missing a game for:

Mertens, that is of course worth your time. I envy anyone who has the technical know how, and physical and mental determination to put together a nice looking cab. Very Happy

wow, that is beautiful. Was it a kit or did you make it from scratch? What games can you play on it? Magic!

Thanx guys. I made the thing from one giant 4 foot X 8 foot sheet of plywood. I spent saturday putting on the tabletop and glass. Theoretically it can play any arcade game (there are over 4000). However, the computer I am using to run the games was made in 1995 and lags with Asteroids, so I can only play like 20 right now. I've been playing a lot of Pacman, Missile Command, QBert, Joust, and Galaga lately. Once I upgrade the computer, I hope to play Neo Geo fighting games.

I should be there for next Saturday's game baring some emergency.

Ya. They are original roms that run on MAME. Here is the FAQ on MAME if you are interested:
