If you get a chance to play Sagaia, do take the path to play Zone E. The end boss sequence is simply amazing from a color/design perspective. You have a black/purple space background that starts swirling, and then the boss is a yellow/orange sea snake. Its different from most other boss battles because the enemy zips all over the screen. Lately I have been taking this path just to play this boss over and over. Simply awesome!

That's Darius 2 isn't it? I found it interesting how it was released as a late SMS game and later as a Genesis game. Would be interesing to see a side by side comparison

Darn (slightly offtopic) When I originally got my Saturn from Toys R' Us I traded in the Genesis games I could get a suitable replacement for and you know what I parted with Sagaia in favor of the Saturns Darius Gaiden. lesson learned though I have'nt really traded anything since that.

You should have bought the saturn import "Darius II" Wink Since Sagaia is the Genesis port of Darius II.
