If you have a design, you should open a shop on your own.
I didnt pay anything for opening this one there and it's quite easy...

Spreadshirt is a German company, but i guess there are similar ones in UK and US too.

For example: http://www.cafepress.com/cp/info/
I don't know if there are different terms and conditions... just have a look.

Lets not forgot copy right issues, Al Sega could legally sue you and get your shop taken offline because of the use of PSO characters, which clearly they are. Remember Sega sued the developer of the Simsons copy cat game of Craxy Taxi for using its likeness, if that can happen I know it could happen to you. And because Sega has on going plans for the game series that keep getting bigger...watch out

Its because of the language...to my knowledge Sega of Europe’s offices are only in England...

Regard less you should be abiding by Sega's copyright laws and contact there corporate offices about using the rights. They deserver a cut if you ask me because its there creation, im not sure how it would work because your a relatively small operation but maybe they would take a % of the final cut, but I really don't care in the end, would be smart if you sold to US customers however...

I can't... I just do the uploads and the shirt designs.

In my opinion, SEGA wouldn't really care about that.
1.I don't sell very much (i guess about 10 or 12 products yet) and the ammount of money I earn is just ridiculus. 0.60€ per shirt... For the first 10 i got 0.10€ each. (It's your own option but i just want to keep the prices low)
2.It's no game or something... Just some shirts. In Germay (I don't know what it's like in UK or US...) there isn't any SEGA marketing, so that shouldn't really bother them, i guess.

btw, I wanted to make some "I love SEGA" retro shorts, but the graphic didn't fit...
