Go to the SoE (Sega of Europe) website and request a fresh SN/AK. Be sure to send them
picture of the actual insert of the game with the original SN/AKs so they know you are not
trying to pull a fast one. Also the back of the game CD case with the UPC can't hurt.

I did all of that and got my new fresh SN/AK.
http://www.sega-europe.com/support/ this has a list e-mails and a link to SEGA support.

He has replied within 2 days before when i have asked for dreamkey or new SN/AK.

I know you are looking for information, but this is a discussion board. Meaning comments will be made to threads which are on topic, but may not directly correlate as answers to your question. Please do not take out your frustrations on community members because you are unable to obtain information at the speed with which you would like.

You might want to clearing your internal memory before trying to setup your fresh serial from Sega of Europe.
