Well, I'm getting Puyo Puyo Fever right now as we speak, I just want to know if any servers are up. Also, who plays it?! Mr. Green

Puyo Puyo Fever has no online functions. Sorry.

The only console-based version of Puyo that I am aware of that ever had any "online" functionality was Puyo Puyo Sun Xband edition for the Saturn. The Xband version of the game is hard to find (although the regular Puyo Puyo Sun for Saturn is relatively common), and it only came out in Japan. I do not know for sure whether or not the Xband version will work in the USA on an import-modified Saturn for direct-dialed Saturn-to-Saturn play, but I also don't know of any reason why it wouldn't.

But I understand why you would think that Puyo Puyo Fever would have network play. I am still confused as to why they left it out, given that the Dreamcast, GameCube, PS2, and Xbox all have network capability.

Oh well. Sad

I think it's mostly a product of wishful thinking.
