we all know how easy it is to boot a PAL copy of PSO v2 on an NTSC dreamcast.
can we boot other PAL games the same way? i've been kinda drooling over a copy of Shenmue II, but, y'know... PAL only. i'd really think about importing it, though, if it's just as easy to boot it as it is to boot PSO. |

I know Shenmue II will boot fine; I own it. I'm not sure if EVERY game will. Anyone know? | |||

is there any wackiness with it? i seem to recall hearing that the PAL PSO had a handful of "quirks" when you run it on NTSC hardware. | |||

That only happened whilst using the Utopica boot disk. If you stick to any commercial boot disk you will be ok. If you search the forum, there are some threads discussing this matter in detail. | |||
