Hey all, you guys may be a little bit touchy about this, as it is in the topic of ISO's, but it is also sanctioned in the rules.
I've been web surfing, and I've found the ISO for the unreleased Half Life for Dreamcast. I have been active on emuparadise.org for a while, and I know that they're a legit (so-to-speak) site, so it should be fine to download, but I've not yet gone near any ISO's, so I can't guarantee. still, I think it's at least worth a look. http://www.emuparadise.org/roms/dreamcast/Half%20Life/ Enjoy. |

ISOs are generally a touchy subject, unless it's dealing with unreleased games. We're free to discuss and link games like Half-Life, Propellor Arena, or (I'm drawing a blank on the name) the stationary shooter Microsoft made to show the ease of porting a PC project to the DC with WinCE.
Generally, unreleased games and noncommercial software are a-ok. HL shows up pretty often on RapidShare and torrent sites, so it's not that hard to find, but it's still good to have another link. |

Ok, just thought it may be helpful to some, as I personally despise the Porn-infested Torrent sites, so stay away from them 90% of the time, and I'm sure at least a couple of people around here would feel the same. | |||

we'll pretend they're not... Exactly. I parsed out Einhander's comment about this, but it seems people are pressing the issue so I am going to use this thread as an example. It doesn't matter if the link destination has other material on it. As long as people keep the thread text on-par with the rules and keep it specifically focused on Half-Life, they can post whatever link they want. Like mcmonkey says, just ignore the fact that other material is at the link. |

Yes, thanks alot for the link. I didn't have the game until you posted the link and are very happy with it! HL plays like a dream on the...well...Dreamcast. Although I don't the long loading times, which - in my opinion - come way to often! |
